USE CLASSES
The Town and Country Planning Order puts uses of land and buildings into various categories known as ‘Use Classes’ including houses. If you intend to use a building or a house for any new purpose you may require a ‘change of use’ permission from the local authority. This also falls under existing use applications in which if the property has been acting under a certain use class for over 4 years AA Drafting Solutions can apply for the property to be permanently assigned to that use class.
